Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of RaraWin (rarawin.org) and apply to every registered player. By creating an account, a player confirms acceptance of the terms below in full. RaraWin may update these terms from time to time, with material changes announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher.
• RaraWin is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• One account is permitted per person, per household and per verified payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and remaining balances may be forfeited.
• Account registration requires accurate personal information; providing false details voids bonus eligibility and may result in account closure.

2. Account Verification

RaraWin applies standard know-your-customer (KYC) checks ahead of a player’s first withdrawal, and at other points as required by licensing obligations. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and, where relevant, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals are paused until verification is complete, and RaraWin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are, wherever possible, returned to the original deposit method used, up to the amount deposited through that method, with any remaining balance sent via an alternative approved method. RaraWin does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

4. Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a 35x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Maximum bet while any bonus balance remains active is €5 per spin or hand; larger bets may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not met.
• Jackpot slots and select low-volatility games do not contribute to wagering requirements; the full weighting list is available in the cashier.
• One active bonus is permitted per player at a time. A second bonus cannot be claimed until the first is either completed or forfeited.
• RaraWin reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where bonus abuse, collusion or advantage play is suspected.

5. Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games hosted on RaraWin are supplied by licensed providers whose random number generators are independently tested and certified. Return-to-player percentages are published in each game’s information panel. RaraWin does not alter game outcomes, and any technical malfunction voids the affected round’s results, with stakes returned to the player’s balance.

6. Responsible Gaming

RaraWin provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, temporary time-outs and permanent self-exclusion tools free of charge from account settings. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed early by the player during the chosen period. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to contact Gamblers Anonymous or the local helpline listed in the site footer.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

RaraWin may suspend or close an account where terms are breached, fraud is suspected, a duplicate account is detected, or a regulator requires it. Where an account is closed through no fault of the player, verified real-money balances (excluding unwagered bonus funds) will be returned.

8. Dispute Resolution

Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of a support escalation may raise a formal complaint in writing to support@rarawin.org. If unresolved within 14 days, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service named on the operating licence, details of which are available on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

RaraWin is not liable for losses arising from a player’s own internet connectivity, device malfunction, or misuse of account credentials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which RaraWin’s operating licence is issued. Any dispute not resolved through the process in Section 8 falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of that jurisdiction’s courts.
